由新生精神康復會旗下社會企業 Delight Kitchen 負責加工，工埸獲 ISO 22000 認證，亦作為餐飲培訓中心，為康復者提供全面職前培訓及就業機會。

風味：以新鮮椰菜為核心，配以粉絲、木耳、甘荀，口感清甜爽脆，展現天然原味。

From Farm to Home: A Delicacy of Local Symbiosis

Based in Mui Wo, Good Old Soil (好老土) connects local farms across Hong Kong through our signature cabbage dumplings. By entrusting seasonal harvests to professional local food processing facilities, we have created two distinct dumpling varieties. These frozen products are crafted for home dining, retail distribution, and catering services, seeking a harmonious balance between the land and our daily lives.

Our cabbages are sourced directly from the following local farms |

• Pak Ngan Heung, Mui Wo | Grassland Farm 

• Chiu Keng, Sheung Shui | Lai Organic Farm 

• Ping Yuen River, Ta Kwu Ling | Billy Farm

Local Cabbage Vegetarian Dumplings | Production: Processed by delight kitchen, a social enterprise under the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. The facility is ISO 22000 certified and serves as a vocational training center, providing comprehensive pre-employment training and job opportunities for people in recovery from mental illness.

• Ingredients: Local Cabbage, Plant-based Chicken Mince, Carrots, White-back Wood Ear Mushrooms, Vermicelli, Sesame Oil, Salt, Dumpling Wrapper, Pepper.

Flavor Profile: Centered on fresh local cabbage and blended with vermicelli, wood ear, and carrots, offering a naturally sweet and crisp texture that highlights original flavors.
